Yes, there are assigned spots for each unit. Most 1 bedroom units have 1 assigned spot, and most 2 bedroom units have two assigned spots. - Where are the available visitor parking spots?
Visitor spots are located throughout the complex, and are marked with a painted "V."
- What is the leash rule for dogs in the complex?
It's the same as it is for all of Austin. Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless in a designated leash free area, such as the dog park at the north east side of the complex.
- Where can I find doggy clean up bags?
There are 5 doggy bag stations within the complex. One by the pool, one in the dogpark, one at the far south east corner, and two more towards the front of the complex.
- Can I keep my propane BBQ grill on my patio?
Unfortunately, no. The City of Austin requires that all propane grills be stored no less than 40ft from any structure to prevent fires. But, we have grills located throughout the community for you to use.
- What are the pool hours?
Pool hours are from 9am until 10pm. Please be courteous of your neighbors who live near the pool and respect the set hours.
- Where can I get a key to the pool?
For a pool key, contact the Management Company.
- Can I let my pet into the pool area?
No, pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the pool itself.
- Where can I get a key to the pedestrian gate?
For a pedestrian gate key, contact the Management Company.
- What is the gate code?
To get the gate code, contact the Management Company. We didn't want to publish it on the website!
- Where can I get a remote control for the front gate?
Gate remotes are available from the Magement company for $20.
- Which storage unit is mine?

- Who should I call if I need an exterior repair to my unit?
For exterior repairs and water leaks, please contact the Management Company immediately.
- If I see something in the complex that needs fixing, who should I call?
